I have been in IT for almost 30 years, and hold multiple professional certifications such as an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification in Service Management, as well as Microsoft, HP, and Dell warranty repair certifications. I have worked in all levels of IT from my time in the Navy as well as Fortune 500 companies and small business repair shops. I am all about transparency, ensuring the client is kept up to date in plain english with what the issues are, what's involved in resolution and what it will cost to get it repaired properly. My motto is if it plugs in or takes batteries, reach out to us. Also a veteran and owner of MHT, I take pride in ensuring our clients are fully satisfied with our work and love to give back to those in need in our community however I can.
